  • Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix oats, coconut flakes, walnuts, applesauce, honey, coconut oil, and cinnamon.
  • Spread mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes, stirring every 10-15 minutes.
  • Let cool completely, then stir in dried fruit (if using).
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
